The OSP is probing whether the contract was awarded without proper Board approval and in violation of procurement procedures.<\/p>\n<p>While bail was granted to Mr. Adom-Otchere, he has so far been unable to fulfill a key requirement\u2014presenting two landed properties registered in his name. He has reportedly told the OSP that he does not own any such property in Ghana, leaving him in detention until alternative arrangements are made or the bail conditions are satisfied.<\/p>\n<p>The two other accused individuals are cooperating with the investigation, though their detention status has not been officially disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>The case has sparked considerable public interest, given Mr. Adom-Otchere\u2019s former role at GACL and his prominent media presence.
