Through its innovative financing model, the company has doubled farmer incomes while maintaining a 95% repayment rate.<\/p>\n<p>The new investment will deploy advanced AI tools, including satellite monitoring and precision agriculture systems, to optimise input distribution, improve farm-level decision-making, and link farmers directly to markets.<\/p>\n<p>President Mahama, in a Facebook post on Friday, August 22, 2025, noted that the initiative will enhance food security and drive youth employment in the agricultural sector.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a strong vote of confidence in Ghana\u2019s vision for integrated, technology-enabled agriculture\u2014and we are ready to deliver,\u201d part of the statement read.<\/p>\n<p>The partnership underscores Ghana\u2019s commitment to modernizing agriculture as part of its broader economic reset agenda<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ghana\u2019s agricultural sector is set for a major boost as Degas Limited, a global leader in AI-driven agribusiness solutions, has announced a $100 million investment in the country over the next four years.
