The Adentan Circuit Court has granted Evans Eshun, popularly known as Ebo Noah, bail of GH\u20b5100,000 with two sureties, one of which must be secured with a landed property or a Vehicle.<\/p>\n
The case has now been adjourned to March 18, 2026, for the next hearing, a decision confirmed by Emmanuel Sarfo, Ebo Noah\u2019s lawyer.<\/p>\n
Eshun, a 33-year-old private security guard, was previously remanded into police custody on January 2, 2026, and ordered to undergo a psychiatric examination at a government facility ahead of his next court appearance.<\/p>\n
The order was made when he appeared before Her Honour Angela Attachie, who initially set his reappearance for January 15, 2026.<\/p>\n
The prosecution stated that Ebo Noah, through a series of social media videos published between August and December 2025 on Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube under the handle @Ebonoah, spread claims that the world would be destroyed by a flood on December 25,\u00a02025.<\/p>\n
