A high-level Ghanaian government delegation has concluded strategic engagements in Beijing, China, securing a partnership under the 24-Hour Economy Agenda.<\/p>\n
This was announced in a Facebook post by the Deputy CEO of the Ghana Tourism Authority, Gilbert Abeiku Aggrey Santana, on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.<\/p>\n
The delegation, led by the Presidential Advisor to the 24-Hour Economy Secretariat, Goosie Tanoh, followed up on last year\u2019s official state visit of President John Dramani Mahama to China at the invitation of President Xi Jinping.<\/p>\n
Through the initiative of the Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts, Abla Dzifa Gomashie, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed at the Beijing Language and Culture University to deepen bilateral cooperation in Tourism, Arts, Culture, Festivals, Film, Music, and Culinary Heritage.<\/p>\n
