{"id":4592,"date":"2024-04-05T09:33:04","date_gmt":"2024-04-05T09:33:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fishfmonline.com\/?p=4592"},"modified":"2024-04-05T09:33:08","modified_gmt":"2024-04-05T09:33:08","slug":"election-2024-alan-abu-sakara-form-alliance-for-revolutionary-change","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fishfmonline.com\/?p=4592","title":{"rendered":"Election 2024: Alan, Abu Sakara form \u2018Alliance for Revolutionary Change\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Movement for Change (M4C) founded by Alan John Kyerematen, and the National Interest Movement (NIM), a political Civil Society Coalition, convened by Dr. Michael Abu Sakara Foster, have disclosed that they have concluded talks with a number of political entities and individuals to establish a grand Alliance to contest the 2024 general elections.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Alliance will be launched on Wednesday, 17th April 2024.&nbsp;&nbsp;This is contained in a press release dated April 4, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe Alliance, named the \u2018Alliance for Revolutionary Change\u2019 (ARC) will aggressively mobilize Ghanaians from across the country, particularly the youth and women, irrespective of their religious, political, and ethnic affiliations, in a grand coalition to elect the first Independent Candidate as the President of the Republic of Ghana. The divisiveness in Ghanaian politics, the \u2018Winner takes all\u2019 syndrome as well as the lack of continuity in the execution of government projects which have been associated with the duopoly, have brought untold hardships on the good people of Ghana.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It assured that \u201cThe Alliance will work towards forming an all-inclusive Government of National Unity with representation from Political Parties, the Business Community, Farmers and Fishermen, Labour Unions, Faith-Based Organizations, Traditional Authorities, Civil Society Organizations, Academia, Media, and other Stakeholder Interest Groups.
