{"id":5655,"date":"2024-05-13T09:37:13","date_gmt":"2024-05-13T09:37:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fishfmonline.com\/?p=5655"},"modified":"2024-05-13T09:37:16","modified_gmt":"2024-05-13T09:37:16","slug":"akufo-addo-urges-all-to-take-advantage-of-the-opportunities-of-prempeh-i-international-airport","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fishfmonline.com\/?p=5655","title":{"rendered":"Akufo-Addo urges all to take advantage of the opportunities of Prempeh I International Airport"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has observed that the newly re-modelled Kumasi International Airport, which has been named Prempeh I International Airport, Kumasi, will serve as an important gateway, forging stronger economic ties, supporting international trade and tourism and promoting cultural exchanges.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Friday, 10th May 2024, together with Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Asantehene, and the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago, His Excellency Keith Rowley, President Akufo-Addo commissioned the newly re-modelled Kumasi International Airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The President started that this ceremony was further testament to the commitment of the Akufo-Addo Government to enhancing the infrastructure to meet the growing demands of the people, and to positioning Ghana as a symbol of progress and prosperity on the African continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">in a Facebook after the ceremony, the President said \u201cThe commissioning of this airport is taking place on the occasion of the 25th anniversary celebration of the enstoolment of Otumfuo Osei Tutu II as Asantehene.
