{"id":6187,"date":"2024-05-29T10:44:18","date_gmt":"2024-05-29T10:44:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fishfmonline.com\/?p=6187"},"modified":"2024-05-29T10:44:21","modified_gmt":"2024-05-29T10:44:21","slug":"why-ndc-cannot-tender-alleged-tape-in-ambulance-case-to-court-nana-b-discloses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fishfmonline.com\/?p=6187","title":{"rendered":"Why NDC cannot tender alleged tape in ambulance case to court \u2013 Nana B discloses"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The National Organiser of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye has explained why the National Democratic Congress (NDC) cannot submit the alleged tape recording between Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame and the third accused in the ambulance case, Richard Jakpa, to the court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to him, the NDC is aware that the tape is doctored and understands the consequences of submitting such evidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In his view, despite filing a motion for a mistrial, the NDC has not included the tape as evidence in court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe moment they tender the tape, it will be a subject for forensic analysis. Voice experts will come in and determine the facts,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He added that, recording someone without their knowledge and using it as evidence in court is illegal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cYou cannot record someone without their knowledge and use it as evidence in court. Where is the rest of the tape?
