Special Prosecutor has also directed authorized officers of the OSP to rescind the 13 May, 2021 warrant of arrest obtained from the circuit court of Accra for the arrest of Samuel Adam Mahama, Philip Shun, Lean Sarah Davies and Sarah Pherno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEarlier today, I sent out correspondence notifying Interpol of the withdrawal of the red notices in respect of Samuel Adam Mahama, Philip Shun, Lean Sarah Davies and Sarah Pherno,\u201d the Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng stated.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has announced its discontinuance of any criminal investigation against persons named in the Airbus SE scandal including former President John Mahama.
