Ghanaian Chef Ebenezer Smith has completed his cooking marathon attempt with over 800 hours of cooking.

With determination to set a new Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual, Chef Smith begun his record attempt on February 1, 2024.

He has been cooking for over a month now and ended on March 6, 2024 with an impressive 820 hours.

On March 5, his cook-a-thon drew a star-studded lineup of performers including Praye Tietia, Yaw Tog, Amerado, Kofi Jamar, and Asakaa Boys.

Throughout this extraordinary challenge, numerous celebrities, including Nana Ama McBrown, Clemento Suarez, Kwaku Manu, SDK, and OB Amponsah, have visited the  Amadia Shopping Centre at Spintex to show their support for the chef’s incredible feat.

His cooking marathon was sponsored by the  Amadia Shopping Centre at Spintex where the event is being held.

Chef Smith aims to beat the official 119-hour record set by Alan Fisher.
