The flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has promised to collaborate with traditional authorities to preserve the cultural norms and beliefs.

Dr Bawumia observed that cultural norms and beliefs have largely stood the test of time.

“A Bawumia Presidency will work to preserve the good while helping to reform the others,”he wrote on his Facebook page after an engagement with the chiefs and people in the Asuogyaman, Lower Manya and Yilo Krobo constituencies on Sunday, August 4.

He assured of “my future government’s greater collaboration with traditional authorities to work against the ills of society, including the menace of deviant sexual behaviour.

“Indeed, it is Possible.”
