In a resounding show of support, Kurt Okraku has been re-elected as the President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA). The highly anticipated GFA Congress convened today in Tamale, Northern Region, and delivered a decisive mandate for Okraku to continue leading Ghana’s football governing body.

While Kurt Okraku ran unopposed, the 120 delegates present at the congress demonstrated their overwhelming endorsement of his leadership by casting their votes in his favor. Out of the total votes cast, Okraku secured an impressive 97.5% with 117 votes in his favor. Only two delegates dissented, voting against his retention, while one delegate chose to abstain.

Under Okraku’s leadership, the Ghana Football Association is expected to continue its efforts in promoting and developing football at all levels, fostering talent, and maintaining the nation’s strong presence in African and international football.
