In a somber incident at Agyeimpra cemetery, a suburb of Offinso in the Offinso South Municipal of the Ashanti region, a head-on collision occurred between a Matix and a Picanto, bearing registration numbers GW-9621-21 and AS-9421-21, respectively.

The collision proved fatal for the Picanto driver, identified as 28-year-old Bismark Kwabena Arkoh from Berekum Goka, residing in Nsuontem in the Afigya Kwabre North District.

The Matix, traveling from Offinso towards Boamang in the Afigya Kwabre North District, collided with the Picanto, driven by Bismark, who was heading towards Offinso from Boamang at a high speed while attempting to overtake a leading car.

Bismark, the eldest of four children, lived with his father, Mr. Issah Kwabena, known as Mallam, in Nsuontem. Offinso Municipal police have conveyed Bismark’s body to St. Patrick Hospital mortuary for preservation. The community mourns the tragic loss resulting from this unfortunate accident.
