The Majority Chief Whip, Frank Annoh-Dompreh has told the National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Johnson Asiedu Nketiah (General Mosquito) to prepare for the victory of the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia in the 2024 general elections.

The Nsawam Adaogyiri lawmaker said this on his X platform after sharing a picture he took with General Mosquito at the National Conference for State Legislatures (NCSL), in Kentucky.

“I met one of the people I respect most in the NDC, Chairman Asiedu Nketiah @ this year’s NCSL… I told him to prepare for the victory of Dr. Bawumia,” Annoh-Dompreh wrote.

He added “Chairman Asiedu Nketiah… He will lead the NDC soon to come.. My predictions!”

Ghanaians are preparing to go to the polls on December 7 to elect a president and Members of Parliament.

The parties have commenced their campaign.

The NDC has already launched its campaign in Tamale on Saturday, July 27. The NPP on the other hand has announced that it will launch its 2024 Manifesto on Sunday, August 18, 2024.
