Ghanaian actress, writer, and producer, Lydia Forsonhas reacted to a viral video that shows some male students of Kumasi Academy SHS (KUMACA) booing and physically àssäulting a female student while accùsing her of engaging in immoral acts.

The female student was seen in a 31 second video being booed, beaten and pulled on the ground by a group of young men.

Reacting to the disturbing video, Lydia Forson if the boys are caught and locked up, nobody should beg on their behalf.

According to her, the boys will grow up and turn into abusers if they are allowed to go scot free.

“If these boys are eventually caught and locked up, I don’t want to hear any of you begging on their behalf! Monsters who will grow up and turn into abusers themselves!” The actress wrote on her X.

Meanwhile, the Ghana Police Service has commenced investigation into a viral video.

The Police Assured the public that the perpetrators will be identified and arrested to face justice.

“POLICE INVESTIGATE VIRAL VIDEO SHOWING ABUSE OF A FEMALE STUDENT The Ghana Police Service has commenced investigation into a viral video in which a group of young men were seen harassing a female student.” The police said.

“We wish to assure the public that the perpetrators will be identified and arrested to face justice.” They assured.

“This is highly unacceptable in any form… if she went out, it’s the school authorities that should deal with her and not the students smh”

“What’s wrong with these people? That is an adult for crying out loud.”
