The head coach of Legon Cities Football Club, Paa Kwesi Fabin is confident his team will bounce back from the defeat to Gold Stars last Sunday to secure victory in their next game in the Ghana Premier League.

The Royals in the opening weekend of the 2024/25 Ghanaian top-flight league campaign hoped for a winning start but failed the test away in Bibiani.

A 2-1 defeat at the end of the Week 1 contest against Gold Stars meant Legon Cities FC had to travel back with zero points.

Speaking in a post-match interview after the defeat, Legon Cities FC coach Paa Kwesi Fabin

“We had a good game but it’s unfortunate we lost. We will regroup and prepare for our home game against Medeama,” Coach Paa Kwesi Fabin said.

The next match between Legon Cities FC and Medeama Sporting Club will be played on Saturday, September 14.
